Find an item or a monster
Start with monsters and drops to look up a monster. To work backwards, search items and open its source list. Distinct NPC IDs can share a name and have different definitions.
Base chance
For ordinary JSON tables, this wiki follows the standard server drop viewer: the legacy adjustment applies to eligible NPCs, and the ordinary inclusive random roll is reflected in the displayed denominator. Vorkath's configured NPC ID and NPCs named Nex are exceptions to the half-rate adjustment. Task-specific entries show separate on-task information.
Guaranteed entries
A guaranteed row belongs to the displayed table. It does not promise that every encounter runs that table: code-owned rewards may replace it, and encounter eligibility still matters.
Weights are not denominators
A weight is a relative selection value. A weighted legacy table first selects a parent table and then an item within it. A weight of 10 does not mean a 1-in-10 chance. This wiki preserves table names and weights rather than inventing a rounded rate.
Special encounters
Some bosses register their own rewards before ordinary JSON and legacy tables. Pages identified as having special reward rules mark their static entries as reference data. Use the in-game drop viewer for the current code-owned encounter table. Participation, task status, challenge modes, bonus rolls and player modifiers can change real rewards.
What a missing source means
The reference catalog is not a complete list of every way to obtain an item. Shops, crafting, activities, containers, pets and dynamically generated rewards can use separate code. Missing NPC sources do not mean that an item is unobtainable.
Repeated attempts
A base chance describes a roll, not a guaranteed number of kills. Do not interpret a displayed denominator as a promised drop after that many attempts.
