Digital Delivery
Purchases are for fixed digital goods, memberships, account upgrades, cosmetic content, convenience features, or other non-transferable benefits delivered inside Aleges. Once digital items or benefits are successfully delivered to the selected username or account, purchases are generally non-refundable.
Refund Review Cases
Refunds may be reviewed only for duplicate payments, proven technical delivery failure, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, or where required by applicable law. Review does not guarantee a refund, but we will investigate reasonable requests in good faith.

Users must contact Aleges support before opening disputes or chargebacks. Most delivery issues can be checked through the website order records, payment processor references, and the in-game claim system.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension or permanent termination, especially when digital benefits were delivered to or used by the purchasing account, or when the dispute is connected to fraud or abuse.
