These Terms of Service govern access to Aleges, the website at https://aleges.com, game accounts, community features, store purchases, and related services.

Independent Server

Aleges is an independent private game server. Aleges is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Jagex Ltd. or any official RuneScape service. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the activity on your account, your login details, and any actions taken through your character or username. Do not share account access, attempt to sell accounts, use stolen credentials, or impersonate staff or other players.

Rules and Abuse

Players must follow Aleges rules, staff instructions, and community standards. Prohibited behavior includes botting, automation, exploiting bugs, fraud, harassment, real-world trading, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, threats, and attempts to disrupt the game, website, store, payments, or other players.

Enforcement

Aleges may restrict, suspend, mute, ban, reset, or permanently terminate accounts when we believe rules were broken, fraud occurred, payments were disputed, or the service was abused. Account action may affect access to purchased digital benefits if the account is banned or restricted for rule violations.

Digital Goods and Account Benefits

Store purchases are licensed digital goods and account-related benefits for use only inside Aleges by the purchasing account. Products may include memberships, account upgrades, cosmetic content, convenience features, and other non-transferable benefits.

Products purchased through the Aleges Store are digital goods intended solely for use by the purchasing account and are not redeemable for cash or monetary value. They do not represent ownership of real-world property.

Payments, Fraud, and Chargebacks

Payments may be processed by Paddle Billing, CryptAPI, or other approved payment processors. You must provide accurate checkout information and must not use unauthorized payment methods. Fraudulent transactions, payment disputes, or chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
