Perk effect

Each melee attack with a heavy melee weapon (>=1kg) has a 15% chance to trigger an instant Blindbag attack. Blindbag: Automatically attack your current target with a random heavy melee weapon in your inventory as though you have equipped it, ignoring all stat requirements and attack delay. Blindbag attacks can trigger additional Blindbag attacks but cannot trigger from special attacks.
