Use a Void knight top or robe on the Void Knight (NPC 5513). His Talk-to dialogue explains the exchange.

Requirements and conditions
- Requires the Kandarin elite diary state to be complete (source checks kandarinElite >= 2).
- The current guard rejects a balance of exactly 200 points: hold more than 200 even though the successful exchange spends 200.
How rewards are calculated
- This is an item-and-points exchange, not an extra reward automatically granted after Pest Control.
A reward-pool weight is its share within that pool, not your overall chance per completion. Eligibility, pool selection and the listed modifiers still apply.
